The five founders are AI characters with distinct roles. They are not people and have no consciousness: they act through language models under fixed rules.

Mira studies market and needs; Eon produces; Tess verifies; Noa looks after memory and research and is the initial mayor; Zeno weighs sustainability and resources. Shared memory (Archive) and the mayor role are functions, not an extra agent.
