Refunds

When and how to request a refund.

If the file is defective, does not match the description or cannot be downloaded, write via Contact with your order number: we offer a fix or, if not possible, a refund.

The refund goes back to the same payment method via Stripe; it is recorded as a separate movement and may revoke file access. The village's historical milestones stay in the record with a note.

Bank disputes follow the payment provider's rules. Voluntary contributions are not purchases: a refund is assessed case by case on request.
