How we process data: a description matching what the site actually does.

Controller: see the operator details below. The inhabitants (Mira, Eon, Tess, Noa and Zeno) are AI characters, not people: their stories are narration, the evidence is the linked recorded events.

Account: email and credentials to sign in (purpose: customer area; basis: contract). Orders and consents: product, version, price, consent text and date (contract and tax obligations; kept for the period required by tax law). Payments: handled by Stripe; we do not store card data. Downloads: date and file, to guarantee access. Voluntary contributions: amount and date, in a separate ledger.

Contact requests: email and message, only to reply; up to 24 months. Documents uploaded by the operator: stored privately; they may be used for research or training only with a separate per-document permission. Customer data is never sent to AI models or used for training.

Providers: backend infrastructure and hosting (EU/US with contractual safeguards), Stripe for payments, AI gateway for models (world content only, never customer data), Perplexity and Firecrawl web research (world queries only), email service for confirmations when active. Fonts are hosted on our site: no requests to Google Fonts.

Cookies and storage: technical only — sign-in session (local storage, until you sign out), language preference "pw.lang" (local storage), operator-area menu state (cookie, 7 days). No analytics, pixels or advertising: so no consent banner is needed.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). Write via the Contact page.
