Terms of sale for PlanetWhite digital products.

Seller: see the operator details below. Single purchases of digital content only, no subscriptions. The binding price, VAT and taxes included as shown at checkout, is the approved version's price shown before payment.

Products are prepared with the contribution of AI characters and checked and approved by the human operator. Narrative descriptions are not guarantees of results.

Withdrawal: for digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(o)). Without this consent the purchase does not start.

Confirmation on a durable medium: order summary with consents in your account area and, when active, by email. The statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and your right to dispute the order via Contact remain unaffected.

Voluntary support: separate conditions on the Support page; it is not a purchase and grants no rights to products or decisions.
